absoluately disappointed, no breakfast facilities even after paying, had to argue for money back! the "upgraded" room was infested with cockroaches. and my request for a welcome gift for my troubles went unheard. stunningly inadequate service overall, but the location is decent, so there's that.

The breakfast was amazing with Linh making a perfect omelette just for me, and I loved the refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. I really enjoyed the foot massage and the body massage options they had available. Just a heads up, the hallway was a bit narrow, but it didn’t take away from my awesome experience. 😊
